Yesterday i watched an old tamil movie Nayagan (also spelled Nayakan by some). It was released in 1987, and it was described as some to be the Indian answer to Godfather. It was loosely based off of a real life story about a mob boss in India from the 80s and did pay homage to the Godfather movies often. It was really the main character (Kamal Hassan) who made this movie a classic. The performance was legendary and this movie was named to the top 100 movies of all time by Time magazine in 2005 (http://entertainment.time.com/2005/02/12/all-time-100-movies/#nayakan-1987). I definitely would recommend people to watch the movie and trust me it has its man tear moments. Definitely has its man tear moments. Great movie, great acting and great night last night.
